North Cole Street Improvement Project Announcement

In 2026, the Port Authority of Allen County will design and construct a major road project on North Cole Street to improve roads, waterlines, storm, and sanitary sewers along this developing corridor.  

The goals of the project is to improve traffic flow and upgrade utilities to accommodate development in this area.  We also want to keep you informed throughout the project.
