In 2026, the Port Authority of Allen County will design and construct a major road project on North Cole Street to improve roads, waterlines, storm, and sanitary sewers along this developing corridor.  


The goals of the project is to improve traffic flow and upgrade utilities to accommodate development in this area.  More information will be made available on this website. Check back for more updates.
